Traditional Thai Massage

"Good health and longevity"

The traditional Thai massage is one of the oldest methods of holistic healing. With more than 2000 years of history, the origin of the process is associated with the Buddhist monasteries of Northern Thailand.

The Thai massage is performed by using a combination of a variety of techniques such as stretching, pressure on energy centers and channels. These techniques are applied using palms, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees, feet, and the whole body.

In the traditional Thai massage, applying pressure and stretching on these points, the channels lead to the release of energy blockages and restoring the flow. This in turn leads to a decrease or disappearance of pain.

A special feature of the exercise of the Traditional Thai massage are very impressive movements, pressure and stretching accelerated with complex locks, handles and move linkage of the two bodies involved in the session.

Thai massage improves blood circulation and energy in the body and when that happens, we have constant good health and longevity.

During the session he/she receiving the massage wears comfortable clothes and lays on a cotton mattress.
